海南“天然美食”俗语中旅游文化研究

摘　　要：在高速发展的现代文明社会,"民以食为天"的古训已上升为更高层次审美享受,旅游美食逐渐转向美食旅游。在海南劳动人民智慧的结晶——俗语中蕴含了丰富的美食旅游文化信息。从"天然美食"俗语中挖掘其特点与优势,并提出推动海南天然美食旅游均衡、可持续发展的思路和建议。In the rapid development of the modern civilized society,the precept of food that once traditionally taken as basic necessity by the ancient Chinese nowadays has risen for a higher level of aesthetic enjoyment,turned gradually to food culture tourism. The local expression of food colloquial of Hainan contains rich food tourism and cultural information,this paper focuses on the ＂ natural food＂ with its characteristics and advantages,and puts forward ideas and suggestions which are constructive for sustainable and balanced development of Hainan natural food tourism.
