摘　　要：现代大学制度的价值取向是大学精神、理念的价值具体化。基于美国学者亨利·埃茨科威兹的大学、产业、政府"三螺旋"理论模型判断,现代大学制度存在学术取向、市场取向和政治取向三种价值倾向性。构建三元价值逻辑动态制衡的"三螺旋"模型对于现代大学制度建设具有重要意义。The value orientation of modern university system comes from university spirit and idea. The American scholar Henry Etzkowitz proposed the theory of university- industry- government triple helix. Based on this,the modern university system has three kinds of value orientations,academic orientation,market orientation and political orientation. The triple helix of the value orientations is very important for the modern university system.
