摘  要:CO_2驱穿透气回收装置在草舍油田现场应用过程中出现了产品纯度低于设计指标、排污流程水合物堵塞、综合能耗高等问题。利用现场实验及数据综合分析,针对存在的问题进行研究,获得了回收装置最优操作参数并进行实施,至2014年底回收装置已连续运行超过3年,累计回收CO_2960×10~4Nm^3、CH_490×10~4Nm^3、轻烃180 t。该装置的成功运行对于国内同类油田进行CO_2驱油穿透气的捕集有重要的借鉴意义。CO2 collection device of oil displacement is applied in Caoshe oilfield, however, there occurs some problems, such as products' purity lower than design index, hydrate blocking of sewage system and high comprehensive energy consumption. Based on field application and data comprehensive analysis, and through analyzing the existing problems, the optimal operating parame- ters of recovery device were obtained and put into effect. By the end of 2014, the collection device has been running more than three years, and cumulatively recoveries 960×104 Nm3 of CO2, 90× 104 Nm3 of CH4 and 180 tons of light hydrocarbon. The successful operation of the collection device provides important references for CO2 collection of oil displacement in domestic similar oilfields.
