封闭负压吸引与腓肠肌神经皮瓣修复足踝部严重损伤的护理要点

摘　　要：目的讨论和总结封闭负压吸引与腓肠肌神经皮瓣修复足踝部严重损伤的护理要点。方法选取120例足踝严重损伤的患者,均采取封闭负压吸引与腓肠肌神经皮瓣修复的方法进行修复。将其分为对照组60例和观察组60例。对照组采取传统的常规护理,观察组加强术前护理,增加心理护理,提高护理质量等。观察统计对比二组的各项结果,包括平均住院时间,伤口愈合情况,患者满意度等。结果对照组平均伤口完全愈合时间(40.2±1.7)d、平均住院时间(33.3±2.1)d,出现并发症例数9例;观察组平均伤口完全愈合时间(32.7±1.4)d、平均住院时间(26.9±1.4)d,出现并发症例数2例;对照组和观察组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组满意度为71.7%,观察组为91.7%,对照组和观察组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论做好术前护理工作,加心理护理,提高护理质量对封闭负压吸引与腓肠肌神经皮瓣修复足踝部严重损伤有良好的作用,大大缩短了平均住院时间,减少了伤口愈合时间,改善创面受损情况,提高了患者满意度。有很好的临床护理价值。Objective To discuss and summarize the nursing points of vacuum sealing method of severe injury and gastrocnemius nerve flap to repairment.Methods A total of 120 cases of severely injured patients with ankle,adopted closed suction method and gastrocnemius nerve flap,were repaired.They were divided into the control group of 60 cases,the experimental group of 60 cases.The control group took the traditional routine nursing,while the experimental group strengthened the preoperative nursing,increased the psychological nursing,and improved the quality of nursing.The results of the two groups were observed and compared,including the average length of hospital stay,wound healing,patient satisfaction,etc.Results In the control group,the average wound healing time was 40.2（1.7）d,the average length of hospital stay was（33.3 2.1）d,there were 9 cases of complications,the average wound healing time（32.7±1.4）d,the average length of stay（26.9±1.4）d,there were 2 cases of complications,the differences were statistically significant.The satisfaction of the control group was 71.9%,the experimental group was 91.9%,the control group and the experimental group were compared,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions Preoperative nursing,psychological nursing,improve the quality of nursing of closed suction and gastrocnemius nerve flap repair of severe ankle injury has a good effect;it shorten the average hospitalization time,reduce the wound healing time,improve wound damage,improve patient satisfaction,have a good clinical nursing value.
