早期康复护理模式对脑梗死患者神经功能及生活质量的影响研究

摘　　要：目的分析早期康复护理模式对脑梗死患者神经功能及生活质量的影响。方法选取该院神经内科2014年8月—2015年2月收治的88例脑梗死患者作为临床护理对象,采用随机数字法将88例患者均分为观察组与对照组,每组44例。对照组44例患者实施常规护理模式,观察组44例患者在常规护理基础上给予早期康复护理模式,采用SF-36生活质量评价量表、中国卒中量表(CSS),评价二组患者护理干预前后的神经功能缺损情况及生活质量改善情况差异。结果经早期不同护理模式干预后,二组患者预后神经功能评分及生活质量评分结果对比可知,观察组44例患者经早期康复护理干预后,神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)显著低于对照组患者;且SF-36生活质量评价量表中的生理机能、生理职能、情感职能、生活活力、精神健康6项维度评分均明显提升,相比对照组44例患者干预前后各项维度分值无显著变化,组间差异对比,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论脑梗死患者治疗同期给予早期康复护理模式,可显著改善患者神经功能及生活质量,强化患者预后康复水平,值得临床综合应用推广。Objective To analyze the influence of early rehabilitation nursing mode on neural function in patients with cerebral infarction and the influence of the quality of life.Methods Totally 88 patients with cerebral infarction were selected as clinical nursing subjects admitted in department of neurology during August 2013 and February 2015,using the random number method,allthe patients were divided into the observation group and the control group,each group of 44 cases.The control group of 44 patients in the early treatment of routine nursing mode,based on the conventional nursing group44 patients given early rehabilitation nursing mode,at the same time,the SF-36 life quality evaluation scale,CSS stroke scale,evaluation of two groups before and after the nursing intervention in patients with neurological defects and improve the quality of life.Results After different early intervention nursing mode,the prognosis of patients with two groups of neurological function score and quality of life score results comparison,the observation group of 44 patients with early rehabilitation nursing intervention,the nerve function defect score（NIHSS）scores was significantly lower than the control group patients,and SF-36 scale of physiological function,physiological function,emotional function,life vitality,six dimensions of mental health scores were significantly promoted,44 patients were compared with the control group no significant change in each dimension score before and after the intervention,contrast differences between groups,P〈0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusions The treatment of patients with cerebral infarction and give them early rehabilitation nursing mode,can significantly improve patients with nerve function and quality of life,the prognosis of patients with enhanced recovery level,worthy of clinical comprehensive application promotion.
