家庭特征因素对农户兼业类型转化的影响研究

摘　　要：农户兼业类型经历由纯农户向一兼农户、一兼农户向二兼农户、二兼农户向非农户转变的动态转化过程,加快农户兼业类型转化对于促进农民增收、农村劳动力转移等有重要作用。家庭特征因素是影响农户兼业类型转化的重要因素,基于辽宁双台子村的实证数据,建立多项分类Logistic回归模型,分析家庭劳动力数、教育、技能、负担、农机、耕地等家庭特征因素对农户兼业类型转化的影响。结果表明,高人力资本水平促进兼业类型转化,占有农业机械和农业收入因素抑制兼业类型转化,经营耕地面积会促进兼业类型转化但影响不大,家庭劳动力数、担任村干部和家庭负担对兼业类型转化影响不显著。建议相关政策制定时应考虑建立土地流转中介服务组织、加强对农民的教育培训、提高农业机械化水平和重视农业专业户的培养等。The type of peasant household concurrent occupation will experience a dynamictransformation process from pure peasant household to the first and second type of concurrent occupationpeasant household, finally to the non-peasant household. Fasten the conversion of peasant householdconcurrent occupation type has important contribution to accelerate farmers＇ income and force the metastasisof the rural labors. Family characteristics are important factors affecting the conversion of peasant householdconcurrent occupation type. Based on the empirical data from Shuangtaizi village, this paper established anumber of Logistic regression model. In the model, we analyzed the influence of family factors on theconversion of peasant household concurrent occupation type, including the number of family labors,education, skills, burden, agricultural machinery, arable land, etc. The results suggested that high levels ofhuman capital would promote the type of conversion, agricultural machinery and farm incomes would inhibitthe type of conversion, arable land operations would promote the conversion, but had a marginal impact. Theeffect of number of family labors, village cadres and burden on the conversion was not significant. Werecommended that relevant policy should establish the intermediary service organizations for land transfer,strengthen education and training for farmers, raise the level of agricultural mechanization and cultivateprofessional agricultural households.
