摘 要:煤炭的微生物脱硫技术优点很多,如成本较低、能耗较低、脱硫的过程相对简单,反应条件也比较温和、对环境无破坏作用等。本文是利用微生物混合菌群对煤炭进行脱硫工作,探究各种因素对脱硫效果的影响,寻求最佳的实验条件。菌种是从阜新海州矿附近土壤中筛出的硫杆菌,将此菌与浮选技术相结合,对重庆市松藻煤矿的高硫煤进行脱硫研究。在实验中,分别研究了菌液浓度、菌液浸泡时间以及煤样质量对于煤样脱硫和脱灰效果的影响。实验结果表明:煤炭质量在80 g,菌液加入量在150 m L,菌液浸泡时间在60 min时,脱硫效果最佳,全硫脱除率为46.12%。Microbial desulfurization technology has many advantages, such as low cost, low energy consumption, relatively simple desulfurization process, mild the reaction conditions, environmental friendly, and so on.This paper is to explore the effect of various factors on the desulfurization of coal by using microbial mixed bacteria group, to find the best experimental conditions. The thiobacillus ferrooxidans from the near soil of Haizhou mine in Fuxin city, combining the pathogen and flotation technology, desulfurization of Songzao Coal Mine Coal in Chongqing City is studied. In the experiment, the effect of the concentration and the soaking time of bacterium fluid, and the coal quality on desulphurization and deashing were investigated. The results show that under the optimized situation, 80 g of the coal, 150 m L of the bacterium fluid and 60 min of the soaking time of bacterium fluid, the removal rate of total sulfur was up to 46.12%.
