摘  要:在聚苯胺修饰的玻碳电极(PANI/GCE)上进行了葡萄糖氧化酶的固载,并探讨了葡萄糖在该修饰电极上的电化学响应情况。研究了p H值、电位、温度等条件对该传感器电化学信号的影响。在最佳实验条件下,在5.00×10^(-4)mol/L-2.25×10^(-3)mol/L范围内,电流信号和葡萄糖浓度呈良好的线性关系,线性相关度达到0.999,表明利用此传感器可对葡萄糖进行电化学检测。A new amperometric glucose biosensor is developed by immobilizing glucose oxidase onto the surface of PNAI modified glassy carbon electrodes. The electrochemical signal of glucose was investigated. Several impact factors such as p H,temperature,and applied potential were studied. Under the optimal condition,the electrochemical signals changed linearly with the concentration of glucose in the range of 5 × 10- 4- 2. 25 × 10- 3mol/L with a correlation coefficient of R = 0. 999. The results revealed the prepared biosensor might be used in the detection of glucose.
