摘  要:根据铁路和谐型机车空气压缩机的润滑特点和运用条件,选用不同黏度等级的聚α-烯烃油与酯类油为基础油,加入含抗氧剂、抗磨剂、防锈防腐蚀剂、破乳剂和抗泡剂等的同一优化配方的添加剂,研制出3个黏度等级(32,46,57)的全合成油型TKY H系列国产和谐机车空气压缩机油。经室内理化性能综合评定,研制油的抗乳化性能、抗氧化性能、抗磨性能、防锈防腐蚀性能、低温性能、抗泡性能优异,主要理化性能指标达到或超过进口油。经过在21台和谐型机车上进行为期1年的现场运用考核及与同期使用的进口油比较表明,研制油的综合性能稳定,实际使用性能优于或相当于现用进口油,在和谐型机车的空气压缩机上使用正常,润滑效果良好,可以满足我国铁路和谐型内燃和电力机车空气压缩机的润滑要求。On the basis of the lubrication characteristics and service conditions of the air compressors used for HX locomotives,TKY H series domestic full-synthetic air compressor oils in three viscosity grades(32,46 and 57)were developed,selecting the complex oil made of Poly-Alpha-Olefin oils of different viscosity grades and synthetic ester oil as base oils,adding additives according to the same optimized formulation containing antioxidants,anti-wear agents,rust inhibitors,demulsifier and anti-foam agent,etc.Through the comprehensive evaluation of laboratory physicochemical properties,it showed that the main physicochemical properties of the developed TKY H series oils reached or exceeded those of the imported oils,such as anti-emulsibility,anti-oxidation,anti-wear,anti-rusty,corrosion protection,anti-foam and low temperature performance.After a period of one-year field test study on 21 HX type locomotives and comparison to the imported oils used in the same period,the results showed that the developed oils,in normal service on air compressors of HX locomotives,had good lubricating effects and stable comprehensive performance,which were superior or equivalent to the imported oils,and they could satisfy the lubrication requirements of air compressor on China HX type diesel and electric locomotives.
