摘　　要：主要研制了一款用于车灯装配粘接、固化速率较快的脱醇型RTV-1硅酮胶,探讨了填料和交联剂含量对车灯胶深层固化速率的影响以及带有氨基官能团的硅烷偶联剂对粘接性和贮存稳定性的影响。研究发现,引入羟基清除剂可使该体系密封胶的贮存期达到9个月。A fast curable dealcoholized one component room temperature vulcanizing（ RTV-1） silicone sealant used for vehicle lamps was prepared. The effects of filler content（phr） and crosslinker content（%） on the curing rate were discussed. The effects of silane coupling agents containing amino group on the bonding and storage stability were also studied. In addition, the scavenger for OH groups was introduced to improve the storage stability and the results showed that the storage performance of the sealant was improved and the shelf life could reach 9 months.
