摘 要:以甲基丙烯酸丁酯(BMA)为聚合单体,过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)为乳化剂,采用微乳液聚合方法制备了聚甲基丙烯酸丁酯(PBMA)纳米乳液,探讨了单体比例、引发剂比例、乳化剂比例和聚合温度对单体转化率、乳液固含量的影响,并对其热稳定性、乳液粒径进行了表征。结果表明,在聚合单体BMA质量分数为25%、过硫酸铵为单体用量的0.3%和十二烷基硫酸钠为单体用量的1%时,产物的转化率和纯度较高。通过激光粒度仪可以观察到该聚合物乳胶粒分散比较均匀,最小粒径为45 nm。The poly(butyl methacrylate)(PBMA) nanoparticle emulsion was synthesized using butyl methacrylate( BMA) as the monomer, ammonium persulfate(APS) as the initiator and sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS) as the emulsifier by microemulsion polymerization. The effects of monomer compostion, initiator content, emulsifier content and polymerization temperature on the monomer conversion and solid content of the emulsion were investigated. And the thermal stability and particle size of the emulsion were characterized. The results showed that when the BMA content was 2. 5 % by weight, the APS content was 0.3 % by monomer weight and the SDS content was 1 % by monomer weight, the conversion and purity of the product were higher. It was also observed that the polymer latex particles dispersed relatively uniform and the minimum particle diameter was 45 n m.
