摘 要:利用准静态拉伸实验研究了温度对聚氨酯类胶粘剂接头剪切强度的影响关系。结果表明,聚氨酯胶粘剂剪切强度随温度升高而逐渐降低;二次多项式函数表达式能够表达这种变化规律;影响聚氨酯类胶粘剂剪切强度随温度变化规律的3个主要测点温度为-40℃、0℃和90℃。最后提出了修正系数的概念,以便指导聚氨酯类胶粘剂在工程结构的粘接设计。The effect of temperature on shear strength of polyurethane adhesive joints was studied by quasi static tensile tests. The results showed that the shear strength of the polyurethane adhesive decreases with increasing temperature; the variation law could be expressed by quadratic polynomial expression. The three main temperature points of the variation law of shear strength as a function of temperature were-40℃, 0℃ and 90℃. Finally, a simple method for determining the correction coefficient was proposed for the engineering application of polyurethane adhesive shear strength as function of temperature in engineering bonding structures.
