摘　　要：主要研究了不同溶剂、树脂和催化剂对无＂三苯＂氯丁胶粘剂预反应液的影响,探讨了制备沉淀少且环保高效的无＂三苯＂氯丁胶粘剂预反应液的最佳原料配比及组合。结果表明,当环己烷和正己烷按一定比例混合作为溶剂、日本神牌氧化镁与进口2402~#树脂进行反应、三乙醇胺作为催化剂且其用量占总量的1%时,能得到最优的预反应液。The effects of different solvents, resins and catalysts on the pre-reaction solution for chloroprene rubber adhesive without BTX were investigated. The concentration and compounding ratio of the components were explored in order to obtain the environment friendly, efficient and less precipitation pre-reaction solution for the chloroprene rubber adhesive without BTX. The results showed that the optimal pre-reaction solution was able to be obtained when the mixture of cyclohexane and n-hexane in a certain proportion was used as the solvent, magnesium oxide（ Konoshima, Japan） reacted with imported 2402# resin, and triethanolamine was used as the catalyst and its content was 1 % by total w eight.
