摘　　要：垂直运输是超高层建筑顺利建造的重要保障,塔式起重机是垂直运输设备的重要组成部分。塔式起重机主要有选型布置、安装、爬升管理、使用调度管理、塔式起重机拆除等环节。天津高银117大厦作为国内房建领域首个PC总承包管理项目,公共资源管理是总承包管理核心任务之一,而塔式起重机是公共资源管理的核心,塔式起重机的合理分配是工程总体顺利推进的保障,对塔式起重机的科学调度保证资源在各专业间合理分配,将资源充分利用。Vertical transportation is an important assurance for high-rise building construction smoothly,the tower crane is an important part of the vertical transportation equipment. Tower crane mainly includes selection,installation,climbing management,using scheduling management and tower crane dismantle.Tianjin Gaoyin 117 Building as the first PC general contracting management project in the field of national housing,public resource management is one of the core tasks,general contracting management and the tower crane is the core of public resource management. The reasonable distribution of the tower crane is the security of the overall project smoothly,science scheduling of tower crane is adopted to ensure that resources reasonable allocation between the various professional which will make full use of resources.
