摘 要:针对传统锚杆静压桩封桩的不足之处,采用不卸载孔内锚固封桩技术,即在桩顶施加荷载情况下封桩,待封桩混凝土达到一定强度后撤去施加荷载,此时桩与基础能够立即发挥作用,从而有效减少建筑物附加沉降。通过多个工程实践证明,改进的施工工艺能有效减少回弹效应及建筑物附加沉降,封桩后质量可靠。According to the shortage of tradition sealing pile of anchor jacked pile,the technology of sealing pile without unloading was adopted. Applied load seal at the top of the pile,removed the applied load when the sealed concrete reached the intensity. Then the pile and foundation can play their roles immediately,so as to effectively reduce building additional settlement. Through many engineering practices,the improved construction technology can effectively reduce the rebound effect and the additional settlement of buildings,the quality of the pile is reliable.
