摘　　要：北京CBD核心区地下公共空间市政交通基础设施项目,是集交通、地下综合管廊、景观以及综合防灾功能为一体的地下空间建设项目。为保证CBD核心区资源的高度整合,采用综合管廊模式设计。工程建设创造性地提出并采用了"一体化"施工模式,既保证了工程本身建设进度,也有效配合了各二级地块的建设进度,节约了大量的社会资源。Underground public space municipal transport infrastructure projects in Beijing CBD area is composed of transportation, underground pipeline corridors, landscape and comprehensive disaster prevention function. To ensure a high degree of integration of the CBD core area of resources,an integrated tube design gallery mode was adopted. The integration construction mode was put forward,which not only can ensure the construction progress of the project and save social resources,but also effectively improve construction progress of each secondary plots.
