过敏性鼻炎患者在不同时间段应用糠酸莫米松联合盐酸氮卓斯汀的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:观察不同时间段应用糠酸莫米松联合盐酸氮卓斯汀鼻喷剂治疗过敏性鼻炎患者的疗效及不良反应。方法:选取常年性中-重度过敏性鼻炎患者210例为研究对象,将患者随机分为单独应用糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗49例(A组),单独应用盐酸氮卓斯汀鼻喷剂治疗39例(B组),早上用糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂,晚上用盐酸氮卓斯汀鼻喷雾剂治疗53例(C组),以及早上用盐酸氮卓斯汀鼻喷雾剂,晚上用糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗69例(D组)。对比分析各组鼻部症状评分、体征评分、迷你型鼻结膜炎生活质量调查问卷(MiniRQLQ)评分、临床疗效及不良反应。结果:各组在鼻部症状评分、体征评分、MiniRQLQ评分从第2周开始均较治疗前降低(P<0.05)。联合用药组(C组、D组)各项评分及疗效均优于单独用药组(A组、B组)。C组患者感受最佳,但与D组无统计学差异(P>0.05)。各组不良反应少,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:早上用糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂,晚上用盐酸氮卓斯汀鼻喷雾剂治疗过敏性鼻炎是一种安全的治疗方法,较单独用药更有效,患者感受好,值得临床推广。Objective：To obseve the efficacy and adverse reactions of treatment in allergic rhinitis by mometasone furoate and azelastine hydrochloride.Methods：210patients with moderate to severe allergic rhinitis were allocated to group A,treated by mometasone furoate nasal spray;group B,treated by azelastine hydrochloride nasal spray;group C,treated by mometasone furoate nasal spray in the morning and azelastine hydrochloride nasal spray in the evening;group D,treated by azelastine hydrochloride nasal spray in the morning and mometasone furoate nasal spray in the evening.Nasal symptom scores,sign scores,mini rhinoconjunctivitis quality of life questionnaire（Mini RQLQ）were recorded and compared.All the scores were assessed to evaluate efficacy,and adverse reactions were registered to evaluate the safety.SPSS 20 software was used to analyze the data.Results：Nasal symptom scores,sign scores and Mini RQLQ of all groups were significantly lower than those before the treatment（P〈0.05）.Group C and D declined more signifi-cantly than group A and B after 2weeks of observation（P〈0.05）.The efficacy rate of group C and D were significantly higher than that in group A and B.The patients in group C felt better than the other three groups,with no statistical differences,which was the same in group D（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the adverse reactions in four groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Mometasone furoate nasal spray in the morning and azelastine hydrochloride nasal spray in the evening can treat patients with allergic rhinitis effectively and safely.It has great value in clinical application.
