摘　　要：在"媒体融合"的大背景下,新闻传播事业迅速走入一个"全媒体"互动的时代,业界对人才的需求也发生了明显变化,高校新闻传播人才培养模式改革势在必行。以马克思主义新闻观统领人才培养,树立"全媒体"型新闻传播人才的培养方向,构建"复合式"课程,提升"数字化"实训操练;推进教学改革,共建新闻学院,调整教学计划,试行夏季学期,探索一种适合地方高校新闻传播人才培养的创新模式。Based on the background of media convergence, news dissemination has gone into an interactive epoch of omnimedia rapidly, and the demand for talents of journalism has changed profoundly. So the reform of training mode for talents from university journalism is imperative. This research focuses on guiding talents training by Maxist news-point, training omnimedia-typed journalism personnel constructing interdiciplinary courses, promoting digital practice,putting forward pedagogical reform, building the school of journalism together, adjusting teaching plan, trying out summer term, etc.to explore an innovative model for journalism talents training suitable for local universities.
