Objective:To explore the clinical value of esophagogastrostomic anastomat combined with modified gastric wall ligation during anastomosis in the prevention of postoperative anastomotic stenosis. Methods:A comparative study was conducted between patients using esophagogastrostomic anastomat by following conventional method(120cases)and those using esophagogastrostomic anastomat combined with modified gastric wall ligation during anastomosis(120cases).The postoperative outcomes of two groups were statistically analyzed. Results:Two cases of anastomotic stenosis were reported in the group using esophagogastrostomic anastomat combined with modified gastric wall ligation during anastomosis, while 6cases were reported in the group using esophagogastrostomic anastomat by following conventional method. The anastomotic stenosis rate in the group using modified gastric wall ligation during anastomosis was significantly lower than that in the control group, suggesting a statistically significant difference between two groups(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Considering its easy operation and convenient and effective prevention of anastomotic stenosis, esophagogastrostomic anastomat combined with modified gastric wall ligation during anastomosis can contribute to effectively improving patient quality of life.
