摘 要:从云南某风化低镁中品位胶磷矿的筛析结果可知,+0.038mm级别产率36.48%,P2O5品位28.08%、MgO品位0.74%,此粒级矿物通过预先分级即可得到合格磷精矿,-0.038mm粒级矿物需通过直接浮选富集磷精矿,这两种精矿可合并作为最终磷精矿。预先分级—浮选联合选别工艺流程与集中浮选相比,具有工艺流程简单,药剂消耗低,工艺流程调控灵活等优点,可以为合理开发该矿石资源提供理论依据。Sieve analysis was made of the feed of a weathered medium-grade collophanite of low magnesium in Yunnan.The results showed that the yield of+0.038 mm fraction is 36.48%,P2O528.08%and MgO0.74%.the mineral at this fraction could be used as qualified phosphate concentration after preliminary classification and the mineral at the-0.038 mm fraction was concentrated by direct flotation to enrich phosphate concentrate with combination of these two kinds of concentrate as a final phosphate concentrate.Compared with the concentration flotation process,the combination process of preliminary classification with flotation features a simple flowsheet,low reagent consumption,flexible process control and other advantages and can provide a theoretical basis for rational exploitation development of the ore.
