摘  要:主要研究了浓酸矿粉中和法制备过磷酸钙的工艺过程,通过正交试验考察了氨水用量、硫酸用量、硫酸质量分数和研磨时间等因素对过磷酸钙品质的显著性影响,并与浓酸矿粉法进行了对比。结果表明,最优工艺条件为氨水用量5%、硫酸用量为理论用量的115%、硫酸质量分数98%、反应时间45min,其中氨水用量和硫酸用量对结果的影响最为显著。与浓酸矿粉法相比,通过浓酸矿粉中和法制备过磷酸钙,鲜肥中磷转化率达到80.14%,平均提高4.01%;游离酸质量分数达到13.28%,平均下降3.96%,产物具有良好性能。Research was conducted on the process for preparing calcium superphosphate with the concentrated acid-powder-neutralization method.The significant influences of ammonia dosage,sulfuric acid dosage,sulfuric acid concentration and mixing time on the quality of superphosphate were investigated by the orthogonal experiment,which was compared with the concentrated acidpower method.The results showed the preferential process conditions are ammonia consumption of 5%,content of sulfuric acid being 115% of the theoretical sulfuric acid amount,content of sulfuric acid 98% and mixing time 45 minutes,of which,ammonia and sulfuric acid dosage have significant effects on the quality of superphosphate.Compared with the concentrated acid-powder method,in the calcium superphosphate prepared by the concentrated acid-powder-neutralization method,the phosphorus conversion of fresh fertilizer can reach 80.14%,with increase of 4.01% on average and the free acid content can be up to 13.28%with reduction of 3.96% on average.The product has a desirable performance.
