摘 要:以司家营铁矿区大规模充填开采为研究背景,通过物理试验分析全尾砂充填料浆的流变特性,结果得出质量分数大于或等于70%的充填料浆具有初始剪切应力,流变模型为宾汉体,质量分数大于76%的料浆流动性差。基于静力平衡理论分析高浓度充填料浆管道输送阻力损失,基于自流输送机理分析了充填倍线与阻力损失的数值关系,进而构建高浓度充填料浆自流输送本构模型。采用该模型进行理论计算,得到不同管径条件下的最佳自流输送浓度,分析得出最佳输送浓度随管径呈对数增长的变化关系,通过数值拟合提出自流输送浓度与管径的匹配公式。Taking filling stopes of large scale at Changyu Iron Mine of Si Jiaying Ore Area as study background,rheological characteristics of full-filling slurry were analyzed with physics experiments.The results showed that the filling slurry whose concentration is higher than or equals to 70% has initial shear stress and its rheological models belong to Bingham body and the slurry whose concentration is higher than 76% has poor fluidity.Conveying resistance loss in inner pipe of high concentration filling slurry was analyzed based on the theory of static equilibrium,the numerical relationship between filling line and resistance loss was analyzed based on the conveying mechanism of self-flow and thereby constitutive model of self-flow conveying for high concentration filling slurry.Using the model to calculate theoretically,the best conveying concentrations of self-flow were obtained under the condition of different pipe diameters,it came out that the best conveying concentrations of self-flow were higher by logarithmic function along with pipe diameter.The matching formulas between conveying concentration of self-flow and pipe diameter were put forward by numerical fitting.
