摘　　要：朝医体质学的阴阳学说是在气一元论,基础上建立起来的对立统一理论属于唯物主义和辨证法范畴。阴阳学说认为,世界是物质性的整体,宇宙间一切事物不仅其内部存在着阴阳对立统一,而且其发生、发展和变化都是阴阳二气对立统一的结果。朝医学把周易阴阳学说应用于医学,形成了朝医的阴阳学说。Summary： The Yin and Yang theory of Constitution Categories in Korean Traditional Medicine is based on the ＂Qi＂Dualism,it is theory of the unity of opposites with belong to the category of materialism and dialectics. Yin and Yang theory holds that the universe is material,the universe all things exist not only the internal unity of opposites of Yin and Yang,and its occurrence,development and change are also the result of the opposition unity of Yin and Yang. The yin- yang theory was applied in medicine by Korean Traditional Medicine,formed the Yin- yang principle of Korean Traditional Medicine.
