摘 要:目的:了解我院护士护理软技能现状,分析其影响因素,为护士分层次培训提供依据。方法:采用问卷调查法,应用护理软技能测评系统对我院936名在岗护理人员进行调查。结果:我院护士软技能总分为(54.47±9.70)分,处于一般水平。不同年龄段护士的组织管理技能、自我管理技能差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同工作年限护士的组织管理技能、职业情操、认知技能差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同职称护士的软技能总分、组织管理技能、自我管理技能、认知技能差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同学历护士的软技能总分、组织管理技能、职业情操、认知技能差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理中软技能服务相对薄弱,护理管理者应根据护士的具体情况有针对性的加强护理软技能培养,构建护士护理软技能培训内容体系,并针对性地进行培训,以提高护理品质。Objective: To know the current situation of nursing soft skills of nurses in our hospital,analyze the influence factors and provide evidence for nurses training at different levels. Methods: Adopted questionnaires investigation method and investigated 936 sitting nurses in our hospital by applying nursing soft skills testing system. Results: The total scores of nurses soft skills in our hospital was( 54. 47 ± 9. 70),which was at general level. The difference of organization and management skills as well as self- management skills of nurses in different ages was of statistic significance( P 〈0. 05); the difference of organization and management skills,occupation sentiment and cognitive skills of nurses in different working life was of statistic significance( P 〈0. 05); the difference of soft skills total score,organization and management skills,self- management skills and cognitive skills of nurses in different professional titles was of statistic significance( P 〈0. 05); the difference of soft skills total score,organization and management skills,occupation sentiment and cognitive skills of nurses in different education background was of statistic significance( P 〈0. 05). Conclusion: The soft skills service in clinic nursing were relatively weak,nursing managers should strengthen specially to cultivate nursing soft skills,build training content system of nurses nursing soft skills according to the nurses' specific situation and have a training to improve the nursing quality.
