品管圈在降低气管切开患者导管痰痂堵塞中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨开展品管圈活动对降低气管切开患者导管痰痂堵塞发生率的应用效果。方法:科室成立品管圈小组,通过现状调查、要因分析、拟定对策、实施、效果评价等步骤开展品管圈活动。结果:实施品管圈后观察组气管切开患者导管痰痂堵塞率、Ⅲ度痰液形成率、重新置管率低于对照组(P<0.05),护士综合能力有所提高。结论:开展品管圈活动能提高护士防止气管切开堵管相关知识及操作技能,规范护士气道护理行为,降低了患者痰痂堵塞率,使护理质量得到持续有效改进,保证了护理安全。Objective： To explore the application effect of the quality control circle activity implementation in reducing the sputum scab plug in the catheter of the patients undergoing the tracheotomy operation. Methods： Our department built the quality control circle team and carried out the activity in line with the procedure of status investigation,cause analysis,strategy protocol,strategy implementation and effect evaluation. Results： After the activity,it was observed that the catheter sputum scab plugging rate,Ⅲ- degree sputum formation rate and re- catheterization rate were lower than the control group（ P 〈0. 05） and the comprehensive abilities of nurse were relatively improved. Conclusion： The implementation of the quality control circle activity can improve nurses＇ related knowledge and operation skills of catheter plugging of tracheotomy and standardize their nursing behavior for the airway. Moreover,the activity helps reduce the patients＇ sputum scab plugging rate,as a result promotes the continuous and effective perfection of nursing quality,thus ensuring the nursing safety.
