运用PDCA模式提高试点病区住院患者健康教育质量的实践

摘　　要：目的:探讨运用PDCA模式提高护士健康教育指导率和住院患者对健康教育的知晓率。方法:组建专项质量管理小组,遵循PDCA方法提高试点病区住院患者的健康教育质量。结果:运用PDCA管理后,患者健康教育指导率及饮食、药物、疾病康复等相关知识的知晓率明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:通过PDCA管理模式的实践,可有效地提高住院患者健康教育质量。Objective： To explore the practice of improving the nurses＇ health education propaganda rate and the inpatients＇ health education awareness rate in application of the PDCA mode. Methods： Built the special quality management team and followed the PDCA method to improve the inpatients＇ health education quality in the experimental inpatient areas. Results： After the PDCA management was implemented,the health education guidance rate and awareness rate related to food,medicine,disease rehabilitation and other knowledge were evidently enhanced（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The PDCA management mode can effectively improve the inpatients＇ health education quality.
