不同口腔护理液在牙周病患者中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨离子水和益口护理液两种口腔护理液在牙周病患者中的口腔护理效果。方法:选择我科诊治的196例牙周病患者,将其随机等分为观察组和对照组,在实施牙线和牙刷口腔清洁后,对照组均应用离子水进行含漱护理,观察组均应用益口护理液进行含漱护理。两组患者均为早晚各1次,连用7 d。比较两组患者的口腔清洁程度、口腔细菌情况。结果:实施口腔护理后,观察组患者口腔清洁有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),大肠埃希菌检出率、表皮葡萄球菌检出率低于对照组(P<0.05),患者的口臭、恶心、呕吐等不良反应发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用益口护理液对牙周病患者进行含漱护理,可以有效提升患者的口腔清洁度,抑制口腔细菌,改善患者预后。Objective： To explore the effect of two mouth care solutions,the ionized water and Yikou mouth care solution,applied to the patients with periodontal disease. Methods： Selected 196 cases of the patients with periodontal disease in our department and equally divided them into observation group and control group. After the mouth cleanness by the dental floss and toothbrush of both the groups,the control group had the gargle nursing in ionized water,and the observation group had the gargle nursing in Yikou care solution. Both the groups underwent 7 days of gargle nursing,each time for the morning and the night. Compared the mouth clean degree and month bacteria status of the two groups. Results： After having the month care,the mouth cleanness efficiency of the observation group was superior to that of the control group（ P 〈0. 05）; the escherichia coli detection rate and staphylococcus epidermidis detection rate of the former group was lower than that of the latter group（ P 〈0. 05）; and the adverse reactions such as halitosis,nausea and emesis of the former group was less than that of the latter group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The gargle nursing in Yikou mouth care solution can effectively improve the mouth cleanness degree,control the month bacteria and improve the patients＇ prognosis.
