农村社区治理中的社会资本缺位与重构

摘　　要：农村社区治理是我国当前社会治理的重要组成部分,关乎国家治理现代化建设的进程。作为一种具有现实应用意义的社会学理论,社会资本与农村社区治理之间存在着逻辑关联,社会资本包涵社会信任、社会规范和社会参与网络。在社会转型期,我国农村社区治理面临社会信任背离、社会规范流失、社会参与网络匮乏等困境。其解决之策是培育社区社会信任、构建社区社会规范"新理念"、拓展社区参与网络半径。Rural community governance is an important part of the current social governance,which is related to the modernization process of national governance. As a practical application of sociological theory,there have logic association between social capital and rural community governance. Social capital encompasses social trust,social norms and social participation in the network. In the period of social transition,the rural community governance in our country faces social trust deviation,loss of social norms,the lack of social participation network etc. The solution is to foster community social trust,build community social norms ＂new concept＂,and expand community participation network radius.
