农业组织中农民亲环境行为的影响因素及路径分析

摘　　要：在计划行为理论和信念-价值-规范的理论基础上,采用对安徽省加入农民合作组织和农业企业生产基地农民的调查问卷,分析了农业组织中农民的环境认知、环境态度、环境能力、环境支持与其亲环境行为之间的关系。结果表明,农民的环境态度和环境能力与农民的亲环境行为直接相关,而农民的环境认知和农业组织对农民的环境支持与农民的环境态度和环境能力显著相关,间接地作用于农民的亲环境行为。组织对农民的环境支持是农民合作组织与农业企业中农民环境行为差异的主要因素。Basing on the Theory of Planned Behavior and Value-Belief-Norm,this paper explores the relationship between farmer environment behavior and their cognition,attitude,capacity and support through investigation 277 farmers in cooperatives and agricultural firms in Anhui province.The results show that attitude and capacity of farmer are directly related to their environment behavior.The farmer cognition and support of cooperatives or agricultural firms are significantly related to farmer attitude and capacity,which indirectly related to farmer pro-behavior.The main difference of influencing farmer pro-environment behavior between cooperatives and agricultural firms is the factor of support.
