农村丧偶老年妇女养老保障方式研究——基于陕西省洛南县W村的调查

摘　　要：以质性研究的范式深入考察W村丧偶老年妇女养老保障的方式。研究发现,农村丧偶老年妇女主要存在自我养老、轮养、搭伴养老、女儿养老、随迁养老5种方式,丧偶老年妇女会根据自己所掌握的养老资源主动或被动选择不同养老保障方式,孤独是丧偶老年妇女在不同养老保障方式下面临的共同问题,养老保障方式会随着丧偶老年妇女掌握的养老资源的变化而发生转变。研究认为,应通过农村丧偶老年妇女养老保障的顶层设计、改善农村丧偶老年妇女养老保障方式的环境、积极推进农村养老服务的发展,提升农村丧偶老年妇女养老保障效果。This paperstudied the old age security of widowed elderly women in W village by the paradigm of qualitative research.The study found that the pension mode of the widowed elderly women consisted of self-endowment,take-turns support,companion endowment,daughter endowment and migration endowment.The widowed elderly women would actively or passively choose the pension mode according to the endowment resources whose changes play a substantial role in influencing their choices.Loneliness is the common problem challenging them in all the modes.The paper finally suggested that the government should improve the environment of pension mode,accelerate the development of elderly care in rural areas,and elevate the security effect by the top design of the pension mode of the widowed elderly women.
