基于PSR模型的快速城市化地区土地利用系统健康性评价——以深圳市为例

摘　　要：在界定土地利用系统健康内涵的基础上,构建了基于"压力-状态-响应"(PSR)模型的评价指标体系,采用熵权法和灰色关联度法评价了快速城市化地区土地利用系统的健康状况,并以深圳市为例进行实证分析。结果表明:2006-2013年深圳市土地利用系统健康综合指数逐年提高,健康等级经历了"不健康-临界状态-亚健康"的演变过程;土地利用系统压力指数总体变化平稳,而系统状态指数与响应指数呈现上升趋势;人口自然增长率、城市垃圾处理率、城市绿地覆盖率、城市污水处理率与土地利用系统健康性评价综合指数之间的灰色关联度较高,说明城市环境与土地利用健康状况紧密相关。指出快速城市化地区的用地政策应注重提高城市土地利用的综合效益,关注人口与环境系统对区域可持续发展的影响。Based on defining the conception of healthy land use system,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of land use on the Press-State-Response model.Then this paper takes the city of Shenzhen as an example to illustrate healthy situation of the current land use in rapid urbanization regions by using the entropy method and grey correlation degree analysis.The results shows that the health composite index of land use system had been improved from 2005to2012,and the health status of land use system has also gradually experienced evolutionary process from unhealth,critical state to sub-health.Moreover,the land use press index shows the gradual flattened trend while the status index and response index indicate a rising trend.Furthermore,the natural population growth rate,the urban garbage disposal rate,the urban green coverage rate,the urban sewage treatment have the highest correlation with comprehensive index of land use system of grey degree.This phenomenon suggests that improving the urban environment could help promote the health level of city land use system.Finally this paper draws a conclusions that land policy in rapid urbanization areas should focus on increasing the comprehensive utilization of benefit of urban land,and pay attention to the influences of population and environmental system on regional sustainable development.
