专业承诺视域下的大学新生思想政治教育研究

摘　　要：运用大学生专业承诺量表,从性别、生源地等角度对大学新生专业承诺情况进行调查与研究。SPSS统计结果显示:大学新生专业承诺整体水平不高,在情感承诺、理想承诺、继续承诺、规范承诺四个维度中,理想承诺水平最高;大学新生在专业承诺四个维度上均无性别和生源地上的差异。在规范承诺维度上,不同群体学生表现出显著差异。为此,我们应加强大学新生的学习适应性教育、心理健康教育、家庭教育和自我教育。This paper investigates and studies the university freshmen＇s professional commitment from gender,origin places of the students,using college students＇ professional commitment scale.SPSS statistics result shows that the overall level of students＇ professional commitment is not high.There are four dimensions：affective commitment,ideal commitment,continuance commitment and normative commitment.And the level of ideal commitment is the highest.There shows no difference for the four dimensions from the students＇ gender and origin place.For the normative commitment,different groups of students show remarkable difference.Thus we should strengthen freshmen＇s learning adaptability education,mental health education,family education and self education.
