摘 要:基于夹点技术,归纳了炼油工艺装置物流热输出、热输入原则与热集成物流温度、热量确定方法。在此基础上,提出了炼油多装置热集成策略。基于该策略,对某炼油企业3个工艺装置进行热集成研究,提出了3种集成方案。结果表明,与基础设计工况热集成方案相比,方案3可降低能源消耗费用约21.0%,有利于全厂节能降耗,最为合理。炼油多装置热集成策略步骤清晰,方法便捷,可用于指导炼油企业工程设计、技术改进再设计等过程的热集成应用。Based on pinch technology,the principle of heat output and input for refinery units was presented,and the method to identify the temperature and heat duty for the heat integrated stream was concluded.Furthermore,the multi-units refinery heat integration strategy was proposed.According to the strategy,a heat integration case study for three refinery units was detected and then three solutions were provided.Compared with the base design case,the energy consumption cost was reduced by about 21.0% in the third solution,which contributes to reduce the energy consumption for the whole plant,so the third design was more reasonable than others.The multiunits heat integration strategy for refining enterprises was a convenient method with clear procedures,which could be used to guide the design and re-design processes on refining enterprises.
