摘  要:以由NaY分子筛制备的不同晶胞大小的USY为研究对象,利用固体NMR结合BET和XRD研究了其在水热老化过程中结构的变化规律,确定了晶胞大小对铝物种变化规律的影响。结果表明,不同骨架硅/铝比的USY分子筛在水热老化过程中硅、铝分布的变化规律相似;在水热老化初期,一部分骨架铝转变成非骨架铝,形成的非骨架铝均以五配位形态存在,同时还有部分的非骨架六配位铝也转变为非骨架五配位铝;老化后期,不同铝物种的量基本不再变化。The structure evolution of USY zeolites with different cell sizes was investigated by solidstate NMR combined with BET and XRD,and the influence of cell size on its structure evolution mechanism was confirmed.During the hydrothermal aging process,the change rules of Si and Al distribution were analogous for USY zeolites with different framework Si/Al atom ratios.In the initial stage of hydrothermal aging,part of the framework Al species were removed from the framework to form five-coordinate extra-framework Al,meanwhile,some of the six-coordinate extra-framework Al species could transform to five-coordinate extra-framework Al.During the later stage,the amount of different Al species kept almost constant.
