摘  要:以SAPO-34分子筛母液中的微晶作为晶种,在水热体系中成功合成了片层结构SAPO-34分子筛,且母液可以多次循环使用。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、N_2等温吸附-脱附(BET)、NH3程序升温脱附(NH+3-TPD)等技术对合成的SAPO-34分子筛样品进行了表征和分析,并评价了其对MTO反应的催化性能。结果表明,与立方结构的SAPO-34分子筛相比,使用母液合成的片层结构SAPO-34分子筛样品的结晶度、比表面积略低,酸性、水热稳定性相当。在450℃、3.0h-1的条件下,片层结构的SAPO-34分子筛在催化MTO反应中拥有更长的寿命,同时缩短了MTO反应的诱导期。SAPO-34 molecular sieve with laminar morphology was successfully synthesized in hydrothermal system,by using the microcrystalline in the mother liquor of SAPO-34 molecular sieve as seed,and the mother liquor can be recycled for many times.The synthesized samples were characterized and analyzed by XRD,SEM,BET, NH3-TPD technologies,and its catalytic performance in MTO reaction was evaluated.The results showed that the crystallinity and the specific surface area of the SAPO-34 with laminar morphology were only slightly lower than those of the cubic SAPO-34 molecular sieve,and their acid and the water thermal stability were the same.For MTO reaction in the condition of 450 ℃ and 3.0h^-1,laminated structured SAPO-34 has a longer lifetime than the cubic one,at the same time,the induction period of MTO reaction was shortened.
