摘 要:在煤直接液化循环溶剂加氢原料中掺兑煤焦油蒽油,采用300mL固定床加氢实验装置考察蒽油掺兑量对循环溶剂性质的影响;采用0.5L高压釜煤液化实验考察蒽油掺兑量对煤液化反应的影响。结果表明,在相同的加氢条件下,在煤直接液化循环溶剂加氢原料中掺兑5%(质量分数)的蒽油,循环溶剂的芳碳率(fa)降幅3.37%,供氢指数(PDQI)增幅3.68%,供氢性能得到提高,但加氢反应氢耗增加,循环溶剂密度、黏度及硫、氮含量增大。采用此循环溶剂进行煤液化时,煤的转化率提高了0.15%,煤液化油收率增加了0.98%。随着蒽油掺兑质量分数的增加,循环溶剂供氢性能逐渐减弱,煤液化转化率和液化油收率逐渐减小,循环溶剂密度、黏度及硫、氮含量持续增大。The hydrotreatment of recycle solvent blending with anthracene oil(AO)being used for direct coal liquefaction was carried out in 300 mL fixed bed reactor,and was then evaluated with the coal liquefaction experiments in the 0.5Lautoclave.The effects of AO blending amount on the hydrogen donor properties of recycle solvent were studied.The results showed that with AO blending mass fraction of 5% in recycle solvent feedstock for hydrotreatment,the hydrogendonating ability of the hydrotreated recycle solvent was improved with the aromatic carbon ratio(fa)decreased by 3.37% and the proton donor quality index(PDQI)increased by 3.68%,but the hydrogenation chemical hydrogen consumption,the density and viscosity and the sulfur and nitrogen contents of the solvent increased.With this recycle solvent as coal liquefaction solvent,the coal conversion and oil yield were increased by 0.15% and 0.98%,respectively.When more AO was blended,the coal conversion and oil yield were decreased,because the hydrogen-donating ability of the hydrogenated solvent was weakened,the density and viscosity and the sulfur and nitrogen contents of the solvent were increased.
