摘  要:对甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)裂解生成异丁烯过程所涉及的主、副反应进行了详尽的热力学分析,采用平衡常数计算法得出主、副反应在不同温度下的标准摩尔焓变、标准摩尔吉布斯能变和标准平衡常数等热力学数据。分析了反应条件对主、副反应的平衡转化率的影响,从热力学角度,讨论了温度、压力和引入水蒸气对MTBE裂解反应的影响规律,为工业化MTBE裂解工艺优化提供借鉴。结果表明,引入水蒸气对异丁烯水合生成叔丁醇的副反应的促进作用和对异丁烯聚合生成二聚异丁烯的副反应的抑制作用恰好抵消,其主要作用是抑制甲醇的进一步转化,而对异丁烯的进一步转化几乎无影响。Thermodynamic analysis on methyl tert-butyl ether(MTBE)cracking into high pure isobutene and the relevant reactions of by-product formation was carried out in detail.Thermodynamic data on each reaction,i.e.standard molar enthalpy change,standard change of molar Gibbs function and standard equilibrium constant,were calculated.By analyzing the effects of reaction conditions on the equilibrium conversion of each reaction,respectively,the influencing rules of temperature,pressure and introduction of steam,based on the thermodynamic point of view,was obtained,which can be used for improving the industrial MTBE cracking process.Thermodynamic analysis indicated that introduction of steam inhibited the polymerization of isobutene into di-isobutene,and accelerated the hydration of isobutene into tertiary butanol(TBA),both the effects of which were offset by each other,while was beneficial for suppressing the further conversion of methanol but little effect on the consumption of isobutene.
