摘　　要：针对传统推送技术存在推送效率低、局限性大及安全性差的问题,提出基于文化安全的微博信息推送技术;该技术下的微博信息推送系统主要包括用户兴趣模块、关键词采集模块、文本分类模块以及信息推送模块。系统通过用户兴趣模块,为用户提供符合文化安全要求的信息;采用基于主题词表的贝叶斯方法,获取微博文本中的关键词。通过关键词和文化安全类别的互信息值,塑造关键词-文化安全类别关系表,实现微博文本的分类;再经过信息推送模块,将文化安全类的微博信息推送给用户。实验结果表明,该方法具有更优的查准率和召回率指标,实现了很好的信息推送服务。To solve the problems existing in traditional push technology,such as low efficiency push,great limitations and poor safety problems,a microblog information push technology based on the cultural security is proposed. The microblog information push system based on the technology is mainly composed of user interest module,keywords acquisition module,text classification module and information push module. The system provides users with information which is in accordance with the requirements of the cultural security through a user interest module,and gets the keywords in the microblog text by means of Bayesian method based on thesauri. By keyword and mutual information value in the cultural security category,the relational table of keyword and cultural security category is made to realize the classification of the microblog text. And then the weibo information in the culture safety class is pushed to the users through information push module. The experimental results indicate that the method has better precision ratio and recall rate,and can achieve very good information push service.
