在编委会终审和稿件退修环节中如何处理好专家审稿意见——以《计算物理》为例

摘　　要：探讨科技期刊编辑在编委会终审和稿件退修环节中,面对编委和作者2个不同对象处理好专家审稿意见的原则和方法。编辑面向编委会时,将当期稿件的审稿意见简明扼要地呈交编委会,并补充编辑所做的甄别、核实和分析工作,充分发挥学术性编辑的作用,提高审稿特别是终审工作的精准度;编辑面向作者时,消化融合、理顺明确专家审稿意见,并发挥编辑专业功底,从适合出版的角度出发,完善和补充审稿意见,帮助作者高质量地完成稿件修改。This paper analyzes the method and principle of dealing with reviewers＇ comments during the processes of final discussion in editorial board and retreating manuscripts to authors for revision.For editorial board, the editor should report the reviewers＇ comments concisely and provide the discrimination,verification and analysis of the review. For authors,the editor should merge and arrange the comments and provide the editor＇s opinion in order to increase the quality of the final revision.
