摘 要:使用直接测汞仪和原子荧光光谱仪对海洋底栖生物脉红螺中痕量汞的测定进行了方法对比研究,实验结果表明:直接测汞仪在0-20.0ng和20.0-1 400.0ng范围内均呈良好的二次非线性拟合(R2=1.0000),原子荧光光谱仪在0.025-0.800μg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系(R2=0.9993)。在取样量相同的情况下,直接测汞仪的方法检出限为9.0×10^(-4)μg/g,优于原子荧光光谱仪的3.9×10^(-3)μg/g。采用国际标准物质贻贝组织(NIST SRM 2976)对比了方法的准确度和精密度,结果表明:直接测汞仪的回收率为97.95%,RSD为1.77%,原子荧光光谱仪的回收率为96.68%,RSD为3.99%。直接测汞仪简便快速,重现性好,准确度高,可用于海洋底栖生物中痕量汞的检测。Direct mercury analyzer(DMA-80)and atomic fluorescence spectrometry(XGY-1011A)were used for the determination of the mercury content in marine benthos Rapana venosa.The research results showed that there was a good quadratic nonlinear relationship in the ranges of 0-20.0ng and 20.0-1 400.0ng for DMA-80,R2=1.0000,and a good linear relationship in the range of 0.025-0.800μg/L for XGY-1011A(R2=0.9993).DMA-80(9.0×10-4μg/g)had lower detection limit than XGY-1011A(3.9×10-3μg/g)for the same raw sample mass cases.The USA certified reference materials Mussel Tissue(NIST SRM 2976)was tested by the two methods,and the results indicated that DMA-80 had better accuracy and precision than XGY-1011 A.The recovery and relative standard deviation(RSD)were 97.95%and 1.77%for DMA-80,and 96.68%and 3.99%for XGY-1011 A,respectively.Furthermore,there were no significant differences between the two methods on the bases of analyzing 22 practical Rapana venosa samples,which indicated that DMA-80 with advantages of accuracy,simglicity sensitivity is of practical application for the determination of mercury in marine benthos samples.
