摘 要:为研究多膛炉工艺控制原理,考察影响多膛炉生产稳定性的因素,给工业化多膛炉制备活性炭提供关键工艺参数,应用进料量50 kg/h级多膛炉中试装置,依靠活化吸热反应和燃烧放热反应维持多膛炉的热量平衡,研究制备活性炭产品的工艺。结果表明:在不提高活化层温度的条件下,增加炭化料的停留时间可以在一定程度上提高吸附性能,然而当停留时间超过8 h就会出现活性炭过烧,吸附性能下降的状况;增加水蒸气通入压力或将炉膛压力由微负压调节至微正压都不能改善活性炭产品的吸附性能;降低活化层的水蒸气通入量和调节喷射空气阀门开度,提高活化层最高温度至952℃,可以制备出碘值超过930 mg/g的活性炭产品。In order to study technical control principle and stability factor in production of the multiple hearth furnace and provide key parameters to industrialized unit for activated carbon preparation,technology of activated carbon prepared were studied in 50 kg / h multiple hearth furnace which maintained heat balance mainly basing on activation endothermic reaction and exothermic combustion reactions. The results showed that increasing carbonized material residence time could promote adsorption property of activated carbon products to a certain extent.When carbonized material residence time beyond eight hours could cause overburning and reducing of adsorption properties.Increasing the pressure of steam into furnace or changing furnace pressure from micro-negative pressure to micro-positive pressure could not improve adsorption property of activated carbon products.Decreasing steam injection into activated layer and regulating injection air valves raise the maximum temperature of activated layer into 952 ℃.By promoting temperature of activated layer could produce activated carbon which iodine adsorption value beyond 930 mg / g.
