铁皮石斛改善记忆能力及延缓衰老的初步研究

摘　　要：目的:考察铁皮石斛改善记忆功能及整体衰老状态的作用.方法:给药10周后,通过迷宫实验及跳台实验,观察铁皮石斛榨汁液(体积分数为1 g·kg-1)、多糖(体积分数为0.32 g·kg-1)对初老小鼠记忆功能的改善作用;HE染色观察心、肝、肾、肺、脑等组织病理学变化;检测血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平及丙二醛(MDA)含量.结果:铁皮石斛榨汁液及多糖能明显减少初老小鼠走出迷宫的时间(P<0.05);延长跳台实验中的潜伏期,减少错误次数(P<0.05);对肝、肾、肺等重要脏器衰老病变均有不同程度的改善作用(P<0.05);增加SOD水平并降低MDA含量.结论:铁皮石斛具有辅助改善小鼠记忆及延缓重要脏器衰老病变的功能,从整体上改善衰老的状态.Aim：To observe the effect of Dendrobium Officinale on improving memory and protecting vital organs in aging mice. Methods： The effect of Dendrobium Officinale juice （ 1 g ·kg^-1 ） and Dendrobium Officinale Polysaccharides （0.32 g ·kg^-1 ） on memory of aging mice were observed by step - down test and maze test. The protective effects on heart, liver, kidney, lung and brain tissues were evaluated by using microscopic examination of hematoxylin - eosin （HE） staining. Results： Compared with the aging control group, Dendrobium Officinale could significantly reduce the time for mice to find the exit of the maze （P 〈 0. 05 ）, prolong the latency period in the step - down test and reduce the error times （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Moreover, the pathological changes in liver, kidney and lung tissues were alleviated in Dendrobium Officinale group. Conclusion：Dendrobium Officinale may play an important role in memory improvement and vital organs protection in aging mice
