摘　　要：目的:研究应用自体骨修复外伤性眶底骨缺损的临床效果.方法:对20例外伤性眶底骨折有骨缺损者,采用眶周小切口行眶底探查,应用自体骨进行眶底重建.结果:所有病例术后创口均愈合良好,无感染,眼球外观畸形矫正满意,眼球功能恢复良好.结论:自体骨修复眶底骨缺损愈合快、并发症少、疗效好,是一种理想的眶底重建材料.Aim：To study the efficacy of reconstruction of traumatic bony defects of orbital floor with autogenous bone. Methods： 20 patients with orbital floor fractures were treated via peri-orbital mini-incision, and the orbital floor defects were reconstructed with autogenous bone. Results： All the 20 cases were well recovered, without infection, optic neuropathy, diplopia and enophthalmos. Conclusion：Collagen membrane is an ideal source of material for orbital reconstruction.
