左室心肌致密化不全合并左室室壁瘤和二尖瓣脱垂1例报告并文献复习

摘　　要：目的:探讨当心肌致密化不全合并其他心脏疾病时,其他心脏疾病与心肌致密化不全存在的因果关系.方法:结合1例罕见的左室心肌致密化不全合并左室室壁瘤和二尖瓣脱垂的年轻患者的诊断,复习相关文献,探讨左室室壁瘤和二尖瓣脱垂与左室心肌致密化不全的相关性以及分析这种相关性的最可能机制.结果:左室室壁瘤和二尖瓣脱垂可以是左室心肌致密化不全的并发症之一.结论:通过1例罕见的左室心肌致密化不全合并左室室壁瘤和二尖瓣脱垂的报告及文献复习,加深了对心肌致密化不全合并其它心脏疾病时的认识,可能对临床治疗有所帮助.Aim：To explore left ventricular aneurysm and mitral valveprolapse associated with noncom- paction of the left ventricular myocardium. Methods： One case of noncompaction of left ventricular myocardium coexistent with left ventricular aneurysm and mitral valveprolapse was reported, and the relationship between them, and the most possible mechanism of this relationship was discussed. Results： The left ventricular aneurysm and mitral valveprolapse may due to noncompaction of the left ventricular myocardiurn. Conclusion： The discussion on relationship between noncompaction of the left ventricular myocardium with left ventricular aneurysm and mitral valveprolapse and litterature review can deepen our understanding of noncompaction of the left ventricular myocardium when it coexistent with other heart diseases, and be helpful to clinical treament.
