摘 要:采用双螺杆挤出方法,将3种共聚聚丙烯(PP)基料PPB,PPR和PPB-G按照不同配比进行共混。利用拉伸流变仪,研究了3种不同PP树脂的熔体强度和拉伸流变行为。通过与小中空制品聚乙烯专用料HHM5502对比,讨论了3种基料的熔体拉伸流变特征。结果表明:当PPB,PPR,PPB-G质量比分别为40∶20∶40和40∶35∶25时,可以得到同时具备高熔体强度和高熔体延展性的PP树脂,二者的熔体强度均大于0.17 N,熔体可拉伸比也均超过了5。The different percentages of the co-polypropylenes including PPB,PPR and PPB-G were prepared by the twin-screw extruder. The melt strength and extensional rheological behaviors of three kinds of co-polypropylenes were studied by extensional rhe-ometer.Compared to special resins of polyethylene HHM5502 used for small hollow products,the extensional rheological characteristics of these co-polypropylenes were dis-cussed.The results show that when m(PPB:PPR:PPB-G)is 40:20:40 or 40:35:25, the polypropylene with both high melt strength and high melt ductility is successfully at-tained.The melt strength is more than 0.17 N,and the melting drawing ratio is also more than 5 .
