摘  要:为研究磷酸三甲酚酯(TCP)添加剂对季戊四醇酯(PE)酯类油水解安定性影响的规律及机制,采用美国ASTM D2619-09"饮料瓶法"对含有不同质量分数TCP添加剂的PE进行加速水解实验,检测不同水解时间油层酸值、水层酸度、铜片质量及外观变化,总结其水解变化规律;采用红外光谱仪对水解产物进行分析,探讨其水解机制。结果表明:油层酸值随水解时间呈指数增长,水层酸度随时间呈线性增长,铜片腐蚀随时间逐渐严重,且3种指标均随TCP含量的增加而增大;红外分析表明,在PE水解的同时TCP也发生水解,且生成的磷酸使H+增加,加速催化了PE的水解。To study the effect of tricresylphosphate( TCP) additive on the hydrolytic stability and the process of the hydrolysis of ester oil of pentaerythritolester( PE),the method of ASTM D2619-09( Beverage Bottle Method) was used to accelerate the hydrolysis of PE containing TCP at different mass fraction,the relationship between the hydrolytic stability and time was summarized by measuring the acid number of the oil layer,acidity of water layer and the change of the copper strip. The products of the hydrolysis was analyzed by FTIR to discuss the process of the hydrolysis. The results indicate that the acid number of PE tends to increase with hydrolysis time as the exponential type,acidity of water layer is increased linearly with time and the copper strip is corroded gradually,and the three indexes are increased much faster with more TCP.The FTIR shows that TCP is hydrolyzed to phosphoric acid,and the increase of H+catalyzes the PE to hydrolyze fastly.
