摘 要:采用立式万能摩擦磨损试验机,研究淬火并经过180、200、220℃不同温度回火后的50MnB试样在不同载荷下的摩擦磨损性能,分析回火温度对试样耐磨损性能的影响,并探讨50MnB的磨损机制。研究表明:在200℃回火时,50MnB试样的组织更均匀,回火马氏体板条更加细小,耐磨性能最好;载荷对50MnB磨损性能影响较大,特别是在载荷超过100N时,会导致摩擦因数增大,同时氧化磨损和黏着磨损加重,从而导致磨损率有较大幅度的上升;50MnB的主要磨损机制是黏着磨损、氧化磨损,同时伴随轻微磨粒磨损。The wear resistance property of quenched 50 MnB tempered at 180,200,220 ℃ were studied under different loads on a pin-on-disk wear tester. The effects of tempering temperatures on wear and friction properties of the sample were analyzed,and the wear mechanism was discussed. The results show the 50 MnB sample tempered at 200 ℃ has the best wear resistance,because its microstructure is even more uniform,and the tempering Martensite lathing is tiny. The load has large effect on the wear properties of 50 MnB,especially when the load is over 100 N,the friction coefficient is increased,and the adhesive wear and oxidation wear are also increased,which causes the increasing of wear rate greatly.Adhesive wear and oxidation wear are the main wear mechanism during the friction process of 50 MnB,along with slight particle wear.
