摘  要:针对发动机用高速PTFE唇形密封圈在高速、高温测试过程中出现的泄漏故障,从材料、结构、转速、磨损等方面进行系统分析,确定其失效主要原因为材料高温下蠕变加重,高转速引起的摩擦热使PTFE唇片回弹性下降,自补偿磨损和唇口径向力下降严重,引起密封失效。从PTFE唇口与轴的过盈量方面进一步探讨密封圈失效的原因,发现密封圈在高温下密封径向力和回弹性严重下降。通过调整过盈量,实现自补偿,解决了高温下密封圈的密封泄漏难题。Taking the PTFE lip seal used in one typical engine as the research subject,the leakage failure when the PTFE lip seal was tested under high temperature and sliding speed was investigated,and the systemic analysis was carried out from the aspects such as material,structure,speed and wear. The results show that the main failure reasons of PTFE lip seal are deteriorated creep of PTFE under high temperature,and the decrease of resilience of PTFE lip owing to the heat induced by high speed and high environment temperature. Meanwhile,the rebound resilience of PTFE and radial force and the self-compensating ability are decreased,which cause the seal failure. The failure reason of the sealing ring was also discussed from the aspects of interference of the sealing ring. It is found that the radial force and resilience of the sealing ring are decreased under high temperature. The problem of leakage under high temperature can be solved by adjusting the amount of interference to realize the self-compensating ability.
