摘 要:考虑进口压力损失和阻塞流效应, 建立高速气流静压润滑进口压力损失数学模型, 并对间隙压力分布进行理论分析和实验研究.结果表明: 随着密封间隙增加, 进口压力损失增大, 当雷诺数达到104~106 时, 压力损失迅速增加, 之后趋于稳定; 随操作压差增加, 进口压力损失逐渐增强后维持定值; 理论与实验结果对比分析表明, 湍流状态进口压力修正方程适用于高速气流进口压力损失的求解.Based on the correction equation about entrance pressure loss and Reynolds equation with the chocked flow,a theoretical model of high speed airflow of hydrostatic lubrication was built to analyze the entrance pressure loss,which was proven by an experiment. Results show that the enhance pressure loss has significant influence on pressure distribution. With the increasing clearance,the pressure loss is enhanced first slowly,then increased significantly while the value of Reynolds number is between 104 and 106,and kept unchanged finally. The entrance pressure loss is enhanced with the increasing operating pressure,then kept constant. Results of the experiments are consistent with that of the theoretical analysis,which verifies that the correction equation of turbulent regime can be applied to investigate the pressure distribution of high speed airflow of hydrostatic lubrication.
