摘 要:借鉴紧密性概念,将软密封截止阀的泄漏率与所施加的密封力关联起来,提出基于泄漏率的软密封截止阀密封力计算方法。该方法采用泄漏试验及数据回归的方法确定垫片系数,进而计算不同材料软密封截止阀在给定工况下的密封力。以聚全氟乙丙烯(Fs-46)软密封平面截止阀为例进行标准泄漏试验,并将试验值与提出的密封力计算方法的计算结果进行比较。结果表明,提出的密封力计算方法得到的结果与试验验证结果吻合,证明该方法可以准确计算不同材料软密封截止阀基于目标泄漏率的密封力,为指导截止阀的设计提供了理论依据。Referenced the concept of compactibility,by associating the leakage rate and sealing force of the glove valve with soft seal,the calculation method of sealing force for glove valve with soft seal based on leakage rate was put forward.The gasket coefficient was determined by the leaking test and the method of data regression and then it was used to calculate the sealing force of the globe valve seals with different materials. The standard leaking test about Fluorinated Ethylenepropylene( Fs-46) globe valve with soft seal was carried out,and the test results were compared with the calculating results. The results obtained by the proposed calculation method are consistent with the experimental results,which proves that the proposed method can accurately calculate the sealing force of the globe valve seals with different materials based on the target leakage rate.
